We've selected each of our properties with an eye toward the features and amenities that we appreciate whenever we get the chance to get away.  Places that are crowded and noisy with traffic just don't suit us.  Privacy is important, and ample parking close to our unit is a must.  And the unit must be CLEAN.  We appreciate new furnishings and appliances when we find them, but everything has to be at least neat and serviceable.
