Hello Roger,  I just wanted to say "thank you!" for our wonderful weekend up in Amelia!!  I was a little hesitant to rent a place "sight unseen" from the Internet, but your home was exactly as described and we had a great time there.  I have been telling everyone about it and I think I may have some referrals in the future and I plan to come back again sometime in the near future.

Dear M/M Rollins:  We just returned from a wonderful week in Amelia in your condo.  We had a great time!  The weather was great, the view was great and your condo is very nicely decorated and equipped.  I think this was probably our tenth year in Amelia for vacation but it was the best!  Thank you for a wonderful time!  We will tell our friends and we hope to return next year!

Roger, Kay and I enjoyed our stay and sad to say we'll be leaving tomorrow morning by 10:00 am.  We loved both the unit and the location and hopefully we'll be making arrangements with you for next year soon.  Sitting on the (Sailmaker) deck makes us feel that we're in a tree house!

Roger, We have arrived safely home (and back at work) and I wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time staying in your place on Amelia Island. The weather was perfect all week and we enjoyed the pool and the beautiful beach.  There is so much to see and do in the area that we are already talking about next year.  

We found the address easily upon our arrival and found the condo very comfortable and beautifully decorated.  Everything was clean and nicely maintained.  We felt right at home (except that I wish I had all that closet space in my master bedroom!).  

In case you are wondering...having eaten out each evening, we enjoyed The Surf the best and the Florida House second best.  We also really enjoyed our tour of Fort Clinch and the boat tour we took.  We even did some antiquing and, of course, lots of driving around exploring and shopping. Everything was very entertaining! Just what the doctor ordered!

Hi Roger & Peggy:        Alas, the month has gone too swiftly. We really enjoyed your cottage, and the surrounding neighborhood.   I spent quite a lot of time on your great screened-in porch, and caught up on my reading.  Thanks again for helping us spend a wonderful month in Florida.  Dear Roger, I just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time at the condo last week.  It is just beautiful and I would recommend it to anyone.  The weather was awesome....low 80's and sunny for the better part of each day.  (April).  Thanks again and take care.  Tell your wife she did great in decorating the condo...simply lovely!

Roger - I just wanted to thank you. We had a wonderful time at Summer Beach.  The community was beautiful and your place was lovely: also, very clean and well equipped. I even noticed you supplied a beach umbrella, for which my husband was most grateful. Thank you as well for the weather you ordered - 80 and sunny almost everyday (March). It was a pleasure doing business with you. I hope our travel plans allow for future visits to Summer Beach. Thanks again!

Dear Roger,  Two weeks ago my family and I stayed at your condo on Ocean Place. I just
wanted to drop you a line and tell you what a wonderful time we had. The
accommodations were great and the view was spectacular. This is one of a few
